What to pay - Upon Signing contracts payment of the following is required:
- We charge a set fee of 1/2 months rent.

A security deposit of 1 months rent. This is refundable providing no damages
occur during your rental period.

Owners require 1 months rent in advance.
How to pay
- We are able to accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque, the signing of contracts can be
completed once payment has cleared.
What you need
- Our property owners will have building insurance, although you will need to
purchase your own contents insurance.
- Owners request that utility bills are changed into your own name. If this is not
possible, the owners will ask for a higher security deposit.

A copy of your passport or NIE number for our records.
